Another nice sunny summer day, very pleasant. Today we set off in search of a few things to enhance the wardrobe in view if this continuing weather.
Set off for Solihull with the first stop a Costa coffee, but shock horror twas no more………..

Fortunately readers it had only moved to the side of the square so equilibrium was restore and all was right with the world…………..
Having failed to purchase anything but coffee we moved onto Coventry city centre and one of our favourite shops, Primark. Three T-Shirts, pair of shorts, a light hoodie later shopping was over and the decision made to visit Kenilworth.

We parked at the castle and I took a photo of Penny and the Peugeot 3008 that we leased, and a fine vehicle it is too, in white it looks a beast.
The sun was still shining and across the road was The Queen and Castle pub with beer garden, well that was too tempting so over we went for half a draught Guiness, Pimms and two packets of crisps… bliss
