First off to Bridport because they were having a market but the best thing about it was the Wessex Voluntary Military Band who entertained in style with some of the older members really enjoying themselves. the market disappointed so after a Costa visit we detoured to the Bridport Marina at Westbay. To say the weather was miserable was an understatement, we had driven from Portland in fog and although there was no fog at the marina the wind was blowing and it was cold, so five minutes was enough.
So we drove back to Portland and out to the Portland Bill Lighthouse, the weather improved dramatically and although there was still a wind the sun came out and it all turned out ok. Then back home to BBQ on a disposable tray, very nice.
