Friday and that was the week that was and time to leave the Tides at Portland and head back to Coventry. As this was a fairly long trip it was decided to stop off at Lyndhurst in the New Forest, this is a large village in the middle of a rural area of gorse vegetation and wild horses so it was a bit of a surprise to find the largest Ferrari and Maserati dealership I've ever seen. I counted at least 20 Ferrari and more than half dozen Maseratis, there must have been millions of pounds worth of cars there in the middle of the forest. Amazing. The best bit were the labels on the gear lever, Rev, Auto and Launch!!!!
The journey back to Coventry was uneventful apart from the rain and traffic delays, but ho hum.
