Last full day in Ireland and after Christmas a good time for a walk so we set off for the Portumna Forest Park, a great place to stroll among the trees.
Then it back to Distillery Cottage for some more pictures...
There was a lot of hard work put in over Christmas but none more so than Carrie, John, Penny, Lily and Avi. It was not all cooking though and the fruits of their labours was made evident in the evening when we were privy to the one and only performance of the Cloughjordan Riverdance team..
